The role you’ll contribute:

Manages cardiopulmonary rehabilitation operations and resources. Plans, organizes, and directs respiratory and cardiology diagnostic services.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Monitors staffing levels, oversees staff caseloads, and provides direct patient care while monitoring patient treatment needs
• Evaluates and recommends new respiratory therapy treatments
• Reviews and approves work schedules for respiratory therapy and diagnostic services staff
• Oversees and supervises staff that perform monitored exercise therapy sessions for cardiac and pulmonary patients
• Ensures staff uses appropriate procedures to determine exercises by using blood pressure measurements, EKGs, and surveying patients
• Provides appropriate follow-up with physicians regarding patient-related concerns
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5+ years experience as Respiratory Therapist
• 1 year Leadership Experience
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert
• RRT with Boards
• RCP with TX State
