Job Description:

This position may be eligible for Hybrid Work, working remotely for up to two days per week after the initial 90 days of employment.

Salary Range: $52,981/year or higher, commensurate with experience and/or education.

The Coordinator, Management Systems I researches, evaluates, implements, and provides support for enterprise software application systems to facilitate the operation of university processes.

DUTIES


  • Researches, evaluates, implements, and supports desktop and enterprise software application systems

  • Provides training as required; develops, maintains, and distributes training materials for software applications

  • Troubleshoots and researches other automation methods to meet university needs

  • Generates reports and maintains data-related university processes

  • Develops and maintains website and resident forms

  • Serves as administrator for several enterprise applications

  • Designs and maintains web forms

  • Performs all other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Knowledge:


  • Knowledge of the functionality of desktop and enterprise software applications and systems, and of the related trends, issues, and accepted practices

Skills:


  • Good technical skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Abilities:


  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse university community

WORK LOCATION AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Primary Work Location: Works in an office environment

Physical Demands: Work is performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements; individual has discretion in relation to walking, standing etc., and has minimal exposure to physical risks.
