As the Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit improvement through a team of pricing analysts. We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself and XPO.

What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Manage a team of pricing analysts and departmental processes to drive increased profitability and customer satisfaction levels

  • Collaborate with sales team and leadership to deliver revenue and profitability goals; establish and implement strategies and tactical plans at the agreement level

  • Build effective teams and develop direct reports through coaching, mentoring, recognition and feedback

  • Ensure understanding and compliance of contract and tariff application, audit review responsibilities and rule set implementation

  • Utilize reporting tools provided (PWB, Looker, etc.) to monitor progress and develop corrective strategies to achieve company goals

  • Drive joint learning and development with sales team regarding revenue and profit risks and opportunities

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within pricing and across multiple departments

  • Work closely with Internal Audit, Legal and KPMG to ensure all functions of implementation are complying with industry and lawful rules and regulations.


What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • 4 years of experience with responsibility for customer-level negotiations in sales or pricing

  • Experience in quantitative analysis

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)

  • Excellent business acumen to understand risks associated with contract negotiations and legal matters

  • Ability to use computer-generated decision support modeling


It'd be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 2 years of experience managing a team with customer-level responsibility

  • Experience in Less-Than-Truckload or Logistics field

  • Experience in Pricing or Finance

  • Experience with B2B contract negotiations

  • Experience with SQL and statistical packages

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
