The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing strategy for all hospitality activations including but not limited to hotel, entertainment, food & beverage. This position requires a productive, driven individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on a consistent basis.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Extensive project management with multiple clients and tight deadlines.
Assist managers with execution of hospitality marketing
Thinks operationally about factors such as: pricing, quality, marketing, price/value perceptions and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with property operations teams to deliver marketing support
Oversee design, production, and implementation of property marketing collateral across multiple mediums.
Work with vendors to assist in delivery and installations
Audit property marketing signage and update as needed
Order marketing signage
Assist with website updates
Assist with creative and menu updates
Assist with updating and auditing digital signage
Help coordinate activations, including installation and auditing
Maintain and manage property marketing matrixes
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem- solving skills are required.
