Roles & Responsibilities

• Performs general and detailed cleaning on remodeling, restoration and renovation projects, including mold remediation.  


• Clean & restore customer contents, job sites and general demolition areas.  

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential and/or commercial cleaning experience.  


• Good mobility skills - to lift, bend and climb.  


• Can lift 40lbs.    


• Customer service skills - you're patient, attentive and maintain a positive attitude.  


• willing to be on rotation call for water emergency services.   


• Works well independently and without supervision.


• Can teach and train others.   

Working Conditions

• May work in cramped spaces


• May work in various elements of weather


• Travel to job sites in personal vehicle (company vehicle may or may not be an option)

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, standing, kneeling and heavy-lifting


• Bending and twisting of body


• Repeating the same movements


• Be physically active for long periods
