Responsibilities



  • Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, and drive day-to-day execution expectations. 

  • Lead the program team and deliver strategic value while collaborating across stakeholders.

  • Plan and manage programs consisting of multiple complex technical projects.  Manage and coordinate resources necessary to execute the program and projects.

  • Establish and maintain regular business rhythm, action tracking, and consolidate information for effective decision making.

  • Work with Enterprise Security team, business partners and leadership to identify and resolve issues.

  • Maintain and routinely report performance on schedule, resources, cost, risks, and technical performance metrics.

  • Produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation to include project proposals, charter, scope document, test scenarios, project schedule, and test plans, etc.

  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

  • Anticipate and mitigate risk of deliverables, pivot business needs when applicable to deliver value to stakeholders.

Education/Certifications  



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  •  SAFe Scrum Master or Project Manager coursework is a plus, PMP certification preferred




Experience/Minimum Requirements  



  • 5+ years of experience managing cybersecurity focused projects and programs or technology (software and infrastructure) competence preferred.

  • Strong project management skills including risk management, understanding of project management phases, techniques, and tools.

  • Experience in schedule and program tracking tools such as MS Project, etc.

  • Effectiveness working with stakeholders across the breadth of an organization.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Polished interpersonal, and communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.

  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

  • Relationship managements skills paying specific attention to building trust with customers and internal team members.

  • Experience with SIEM (i.e. Splunk), DLP, Microsoft Security Products preferred.

  • Ability to conduct research into application development issues and products.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed.

  • Keen attention to detail.

  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Strong PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products. 


Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that requires up to 25% travel.
