NHA (National Healthcareers Association) is a growing business in Ascend Healthcare with the mission to help our professionals access a better future.  We are searching for an experienced product marketing manager with innovative thinking and an ownership attitude.  Our product marketing managers know our customers deeply and are experts in our product solutions.  They are responsible for B2B demand generation, creating impactful marketing communications, launching new products, and collaborating with our sales team to continually demonstrate the impact our solutions have on successfully preparing the next generation of Allied Health professionals.


As a Product Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development of marketing campaigns and strategies for assigned product solutions and customers. Your responsibilities will include leading go-to-market strategies and new product launches, creating marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition and loyalty, and collaborating with sales on effective collateral to create a superior client experience.


Responsibilities



  • Own and drive marketing strategy and execution for specific product solutions in the Allied Healthcare space.  

  • Establish KPIs, reporting and analysis for marketing campaigns and product launches.

  • Work with product and sales to bring new products to market.

  • Develop strategies, creative briefs, and campaign execution for internal and external communications.  

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, channel leads, design, and content creators to develop content strategies that engage the target audience and naturally support a solution-oriented sale.  

  • Communicate the value proposition of NHA’s solutions from the inside out, starting with your colleagues in Sales and Service, all the way to the various personas within our target audience.  

  • Maintain thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors, and customers and evangelize that information throughout NHA.


Education & Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field. 

  • Five to seven years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B category.

  • Experience in educational content or education technology will be considered a strong plus.  


Skills & Abilities



  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail.

  • Work as part of a valued member of a lean marketing team but also thrive independently.



  • Can market intangible concepts like service support and delivery as enthusiastically as new products.  

  • Creative and innovative thinker who has their pulse on the latest in B2B marketing.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and product management organizations. 

  • Experience managing project specific or initiative timelines and resources. 

  • Experience in demand generation and customer loyalty marketing.

  • Understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and emerging marketing technologies.  

  • Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing framework will be considered a plus.
