The team is looking for a LPN to workper diemand are willing to help train nurses looking to explore a different venture of nursing and looking at developing their leadership skills!
The Terrace at Beverwyck is an assisted living facility for those with difficulties that require watchfulness and a supportive environment, but who do not need nursing home care.

The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
The nursingcare of residents under the direction of the Nursing Director
Oversee a team of resident assistants
Delegate select responsibilities to insure the highest level of resident care and aide
Demonstrate SPHP's Standards of Behavior and Core Values.
Valid NYS LPN license
1+ year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills
1+ yr working in memory/dementia care in a direct care position highly desired
Maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities
Communicate effectively in a fast pace work environment
Engage within a team setting
Strong leadership and mentorship of the Resident Assistant staff
Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field
