Job Title: Talent Specialist - International Graduate Hiring Manager: Director - Talent Development Location: Hybrid. Home location: Orange CT, Rochester/Binghamton NY, or August/Portland ME
The 2-year Global Graduate development program is designed to develop critical skills by providing participants an opportunity to experience a range of placement assignments as they establish broad experience within Human Resources. These carefully structured experiences will expose participants to a view of the "big picture" and capabilities in areas important to people development. There will be three rotations, with one six-month rotation in Madrid, Spain and the other two in the US within Talent Planning and Strategy and Early Career Development.
For each assignment, individual will be required to meet specific outcomes and execute project plans that help drive and embed the talent management and development strategy of the Company. Ensure consistency within talent management processes and outputs across all US Companies. Support and coordinate with colleagues locally and globally regarding talent information and analysis as well as the implementation of development programs and initiatives.
Support development, its models and processes; the talent review process; employee development; and diversity and inclusion program support
Support talent planning processes including identification of talent and succession planning throughout the business.
Support the implementation and development of the talent pipeline through early career programming.
Support the implementation of talent and learning modules in Workday
Ensure an understanding of development needs and requirements, supporting the coordination of additional development initiatives
Stay updated with latest developments in field of leadership, development, and talent through research and benchmarking/best practice activities; exploring synergy opportunities for the wider Group.
Enable continuous improvement through both technical innovations and process improvements to automate complex tasks and minimize manual work

Skills and Requirements
Knowledge of HR best practices related to learning & talent development.
Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrate excellence in active listening; influence and persuasion; negotiation; consultation; and facilitation.
Demonstrate strong analytical and personal organizational skills.
Exhibit a collaborative work style within a multi-national company.
Have a track record in supporting the design and delivery of new programs; proven project management skills.
Have experience working with external consultants and/or vendors.
