Essential Job Functions
Codes and books repair orders
Prepares warranty claims
Ensures appropriate labor times, labor operations, parts and sublet pricing assigned to each repair
Records warranty claims
Ensure corrected amounts are reported to management to prevent overstating amounts due
Submits warranty claims
Serves as a liaison between the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts personnel and Technicians
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years prior warranty experience in automotive industry, or otherwise related experience.
Must have demonstrated leadership ability with motivational skills and proven customer relation skills.
Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment.
Strong inter-personal skills. Demonstrated organizational ability with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively.
