Principal Purpose of Position:





  • Responsible for global cash/liquidity management for all Holman businesses:

  • Ownership of the daily cash/debt decision and related communication with lenders

  • Oversight of the cash/liquidity forecasting and modeling process

  • Improvement of cash/liquidity reporting - daily, weekly, monthly, annually

  • Responsible for managing and creating awareness of global cash balances

  • Oversight and review of all wires and foreign currency spot purchases

  • Relationship development and management with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Ownership and management of all bank accounts, bank account administration, etc.

  • Oversight and leadership of Treasury staff including coaching and development

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned




Education and/or Training:





  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus

  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

  • Advanced knowledge of Business Objects

  • Knowledge of Collateral Management systems]




Relevant Work Experience:





  • 5-7+ years' experience in the field or related area, including 2+ at a leadership level

  • Leading, coaching, mentoring a team of treasury professionals

  • Developing liquidity & cash management forecast models

  • Creating optimal cash management and banking structures

  • Reading and interpreting legal agreements, such as Credit Agreements and Loan Documents

  • Developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
