Job Description:


PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop timelines, project and communication plans for various digital transformation projects.
  • Work with businesses in understanding and developing project requirements, value and scope.
  • Oversee and manage the organization's various systems, analytics and development projects.
  • Evaluate new digital platforms and industry trends as necessary to aid and support company initiatives.
  • Aid in the development of digital and technology strategies of the organization.
  • Draft user documentation as necessary

Experience and Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in information technology, preferably in software or digital transformation.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Creation and management of project scopes, budget, requirements and timelines.
  • System design/architecting/solutioning.
  • Experience with software development life cycle methodology.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a distributed team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred:

  • Experience with and understanding of DevOps.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with change management.
  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies.
