Zurich North America is currently looking for an International Service Specialist in our Large Property International Program Zurich (IPZ) Servicing Team. As a member of Zurich's IPZ Servicing Team you will enjoy the opportunity to fully apply and hone your communication and negotiation skills. Specifically, you will consult with Account Teams and manage end to end International Program servicing on international program business service delivery, including customer service requirements, service proposition and handling of various service delivery issues to enhance customer experience.

Our International Service Specialist is responsible for:
Manage the International Program servicing end to end for standard accounts and is the point of contact for customer onboarding of assigned accounts, with input into the development of customer specific, value-added services for existing and new customers.
Develops and executes account servicing solutions independently and in collaboration with appropriate business partners including but not limited to underwriters, account service associates, billing, claims, account handlers from international Zurich offices, etc.
Role models a sense of urgency and responsiveness to customers/brokers, through prompt and proactive follow-up on data gathering, status requests, and problem resolution related to IPZ program implementation
May participate in projects that support the business development process, including development of marketing materials, demos, presentations, service scorecards, handbooks, manuals, etc.
Handle specific requests from Underwriting by reviewing service plan requests, determining feasibility of requests, and implementing customer-focused service solutions.
Coordinate data entry submitted to the third-party vendor and perform quality checks on the entry before information is sent to the network.
Builds strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Seamlessly combines time management and prioritization skills to deliver work product with highly diverse timelines and delivery dates.
Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Underwriting area
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Service Delivery area
Knowledge of domestic and international regulatory requirements
Knowledge of insurance products and services, international business, large property
Knowledge of the business environment, finance, economics, and reinsurance
Effective communication and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong analytical and planning skills
Ability to effectively manage changing priorities
Ability to build networking skills

The salary range for this role is $ 68,300.00-85,400.00. This is the range Zurich NA in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
