Job Description:

OnTrac is hiring an Admin Assistant to support our operations team at our warehouse in South San Francisco, CA! Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 3PM

Typical base compensation rate is expected to be within the range set forth below, subject to experience and other relevant factors, including business conditions:

Hourly Pay range: $16.38 - $22.00 per hour

The Company offers 401(k), health, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance benefits subject to eligibility requirements as well as vacation time accrued based on length of service.

Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant:

  1. Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
  2. Field telephone calls, file, data entry, receiving and directing visitors.
  3. Point of contact at the facility level for customer care, service providers, and local customers.
  4. Assist in qualification process for Service Providers, including insurance requirements, problem solve customer issues
  5. Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities :

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • The ability to communicate and interface with many customer, vendors, and corporate employees.
  • The ability to read and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
  • The ability to problem solve.
  • The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • The ability to apply strict confidentiality rules to daily workload.

Organizational Relationship:

Works closely with the Admin Manager and HUB General Manager.


Proficiency in Windows applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. May occasionally need to lift up to 50lbs.
