Responsible for reviewing leased and owned property documents as well as compiling and maintaining critical location data including financial and contractual obligations as part of the lease administration process. This position may be assigned to one or more accounts/clients and may provide some administrative support to the internal portfolio team.

  • Rev ie w clie nt-p a r t n e r i nvo ic es i n c o nju nc t io n w i th le ase re q u ir e m e n ts a n d collect proper supporting b ac k -up d oc u m e n ta ti on from landlords/billing authorities a n d confirm all c alc ulatio n s a re cor r ect

  • Assist Portfolio Lease Analyst with designing, producing a n d r ev ie w of s el ect e d m o n th ly / q u a rter l y c ost re p ort s , id e ntif y a n d t ra c k sa vin gs, id e ntif y ex c e p t io ns, invest ig ate c aus es of ex c e p t i o ns , a n d r ec omm e n d so l u ti o n s t o p r even t f urther errors

  • Ensure proper document management measures are followed for all leased, owned and other associated documents. M ai nt ai n fil e retr i eva l /s t ora g e, scan documents, open/distribute mail

  • Req u est an d p rocess cert ific at e s of i nsurance as required by the lease documents

  • Ensure completion of t ask pr i ori ti es a n d sc h ed ules f or port f o li o o bj ect iv es

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Excellent inter n a l a nd ex t ernal cus t o m er s er vic e

  • Working knowledge of Mic roso f t Of fic e

Physical Requirements

  • Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day

  • May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner

  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type

  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you

  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing

  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
