Primary Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the design, construction, testing, optimization, and operational support of the Client Analytics initiatives. The duties of the position include the following:

  • Define Data/reporting strategies in order to optimize the use of enterprise data to effectively meet the Analytics organizations business objectives.

  • Evaluate and make recommendations related to reporting components utilized in the enterprise data warehouse and overall information delivery solution.

  • Develop and maintain innovative Azure solutions/ MSSQL server solutions.

  • Solution design using Microsoft Azure services and MSSQL Server tools.

  • The ability to automate tasks and deploy production standard code (with unit testing, continuous integration, versioning etc.)

  • Load transformed data into storage and reporting structures in destinations including data warehouse, reporting systems and analytics applications

  • Other responsibilities include extracting data, troubleshooting and maintaining the business data marts.

  • Function as a member of a larger Analytics team and is responsible for translating business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs and the delivery of reporting solutions according to specification.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related field strongly preferred.

  • 3+ years in research, healthcare analytics, business analytics or similar work experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience with Azure: ADLS, Data bricks, , Analysis Services, Azure Functions is required.

  • Python/SCALA/SPARK-SQL is required

  • SQL experience required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other analysts and advisors across the organization.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 57,300 - 95,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
