Chubb’s Personal Risk Services Operations division provides industry leading service to clients, agents and internal business partners. The Chubb Customer Center (CCC) is an Operations team that directly manages the personal insurance needs of successful individuals and families on behalf of enrolled agency partners countrywide. We are currently seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a team of licensed account executives and agency support staff in a fast-paced phone environment.

 

Position to be filled as a Supervisor or Sr. Supervisor depending on candidate experience/qualifications.

 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Accountable for management functions related to onboarding, goal setting, coaching and performance reviews.

  • Responsible for evaluating the skill level of direct reports and developing them to meet/exceed individual and department productivity and quality goals following established procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements.

  • Implement CCC strategic vision to drive both the clients and agency service experience while improving operational execution.

  • Consistently analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, forecast work volume and recommend action to improve results, efficiently allocate resources and mitigate service delays.

  • Leverage agency license to make decisions within assigned authority.

  • Serve as a point of escalation for client and/or agency relations matters, solving problems in ‘gray’ areas while reducing stakeholder effort.

  • Conduct quality reviews, managing criteria and facilitating training or experiential learning to bridge knowledge gaps and avoid errors and omissions exposure.

  • Drive engagement through a culture of inclusion that values and optimizes employees to reach their full potential.

  • Solicit, vet and implement suggestions from the team to improve efficiency, profitability and results.

  • Represent the CCC on key initiatives, projects and presentations, working with both internal and external stakeholders and managing across/up as appropriate.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Meticulously organized with exceptional time management skills

  • Proven ability to innovate and drive results and in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred

  • Property and Casualty insurance license and Underwriting/Marketing experience preferred

  • Availability to travel between office locations and to agency partners as needed.
