Remote Market & Offer Analytics Role - Live Anywhere in the USA

The Market & Offer Analytics Manager, Securitywill be responsible for providing insights (from internal and external sources) that shape the life cycle offering management and strategic direction of the business.

How you will do it

• Own and provide Market & offer intelligence to the Security teams to inform strategy and product roadmaps. 




• Provide continuous communications regarding market shifts and trends, including technology and evolving markets




• Deliver intelligence regarding the Competitive Landscape including consolidations & disruptive partnerships




• Own and provide all Market Analytics - TAM, sizing, growth projections by segments and Industries




• Analyze Market reports that are relevant and applicable for each business, segment, and industry (i.e., Dodge, CBECS, OMDIA, Memoori Analytics, SDM, D&B, TNS, and other market intel to the domains)




• Perform market segmentation exercises as required




• Develop and provide summary / adjusted standard industry reports/data tailored to the business unit needs




• Bring standards, best practices, and continuous intelligence to Security




• Evaluate and optimize product positioning based on industry trends and projections




• Position and differentiate offers through market, competitive, price, and gap analysis




• Innovate with differentiated value propositions to grow share




• Provide analytics and drive solution sets with optimized pricing models




• Collaborate with product managers on technical specification and offering creation




• Define and implement a portfolio of key offers for Industry Services including: Service Plans, Extended Warranty, Spare Parts, Installation & Commissioning, Training and On Demand Services.

What we look for 

Required

• 8 years of business experience




• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field




• Experience with how to inform strategies with supporting market analytics and offerings and trends




• Strong financial planning experience with an understanding of monetization models




• Experience working in a complex structure, which includes matrix participation​ Experience working with digital products and services




• Experience working with digital products and services




• Experience working within construction and service industries in the industrial segment​




• Deep understanding of market needs, trends, and growth areas




• Strong experience with market segmentation, intelligence, competitive analysis and landscape




• Strong experience with data science and creating data visualization across disparate systems
