Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an Executive Administration Project Leader in Olathe, Kansas who is well-versed in Business Administration, Operational processes and Project implementations. Must have experience managing large projects and teams responsible for internal projects. Will document processes and procedures and will teach how to properly execute. Will learn both current and new ERP systems, plus internal Business Intelligence and Reporting systems. Will assist with implementation of several new systems, train personnel, trouble-shoot and resolve user issues, ensure user support is excellent and responsive, collaborate with others in Administration at all levels of the business, including Process Improvement team and Operations to enhance reports and create executive summaries. Will lead and manage Senior Administration team projects. Travel: Up to 40% at times with overnight office visits.


Position Overview:



  • Manage Senior Administration team projects and team members determining the best solution for the company, driving implementations and ensuring go-live deadlines and initiatives are met

  • Actively participate as a supporting resource on process improvement projects

  • Provide assistance to end users of DH Pace’s legacy ERP and assist with implementation of new ERP systems.

  • Be an active participant with Process Improvement and Administration Business Analyst teams in the development of required reporting

  • Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of the major software platforms that are utilized by the company

  • Acquire and stay current with the company structure including reporting relationships, chain of command, and the products/services offered in order to effectively complete assigned projects

  • Develop, improve, manage and distribute information; must have a high level of discretion, as this role will be privy to sensitive / confidential information

  • This is not an IT position-but prefer someone with a familiarity with current technology including CRM and informational databases

  • Collaboration experience across functional areas desirable


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum seven (7) years of related experience required

  • Prefer proficiency in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel, SharePoint, Visio, including ERP and VOIP systems

  • Experience managing teams, projects, training and meeting implementation deadlines with strong analytical, communication and project management skills

  • Position requires a keen attention to detail and an ability to recognize and correct system and user errors

  • Must be willing to Travel; up to 40% at times with overnight office visits

  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire
