Possess the mathematical skills to calculate table games payouts utilizing formulas.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

POSITION SUMMARYThe employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Surveillance Operator I is accountable for protecting casino assets via closed circuit television (CCTV.) Operators will observe all activities of guests and employees on the casino floor, cage, count room, and other designated areas via the closed circuit television system for criminal activity and/or violation(s) of the state gaming commission regulations and the companies policies and procedures. Record activities when or where appropriate and report observations to appropriate parties and/or state officials. Document all phone calls pertinent to operations and relevant surveillance activities in the daily log.
