Job Description:

Overhead Door Company of Albuquerque™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire an Administrative Support Representative for our growing team! This person will assist with various departmental functions. If you like to work in a fast pace environment and adapt easily to handling multiple tasks, please apply!


Job Responsibilities:



  • Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries

  • Handle internal communication with different sales professionals

  • Handle inquiries between purchasing, scheduling and sales

  • Manage additional administrative functions for satellite offices in the surrounding areas

  • May assist with order entry and billing

  • Other duties may be assigned


Job Requirements: 



  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred

  • Detail oriented team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

  • Computer proficient
