Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc., will hire an Outside Sales Representative to represent our Entry Door Division for our commercial line of business in Seattle, Washington and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to sell the following doors and door related products: Specialty Doors, Automatic Operators, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, and Electrical Hardware.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You will have the opportunity to call on commercial accounts in the Seattle and surrounding areas

  • The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales process for commercial accounts targeting prospects, identifying solutions, negotiating, and closing

  • Cultivate sales with schools, universities, hospitals and municipalities


 JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts

  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals

  • Must possess valid driver’s license

  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills

  • Mathematically and mechanically inclined
