The Operational Risk team within Enterprise Risk Management is looking for an Operational Risk Executive to provide operational risk oversight of the CFO organization and Global Human Resources.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee operational risk management of the CFO organization and Global Human Resources
Provide Second Line of Defense (SLOD) oversight and monitoring of material Operational risk taking activities. Ensure material Risks are proactively identified, understood and prudently managed.
Execution and oversight of Operational Risk Framework programs (e.g. RCSAs, KRIs, Operational Incident capture and management)
Communicate trends, insights, emerging risks, key issues and information to local risk committees and across the three lines of defense
Promote operational risk awareness across the business and act as an independent, trusted advisor to the business units on risk matters
Develop and maintain close ties with the business to ensure the effective communication of business developments that potentially impact their operational risk profile
Collaborate with Business Control Team, Compliance, Legal, Audit and fellow team members to form a holistic view of business risks
Share thematic information to improve company-wide operational risk management
Provide risk reporting to the relevant businesses, committees, and legal entity boards as required
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of eight years of relevant industry experience
Minimum of three year of risk management or adjacent experience
Skills/Knowledge
Ability to work effectively with business management
Ability to think conceptually and write clearly
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Experience working under tight deadlines with multiple deliverables
