The Senior Associate is responsible for managing general activities related to digital media planning, buying, executing and evaluating the performance of media campaigns. This individual will effectively manage the flow of client deliverables related to digital media and paid search.

Responsibilities will include maintaining control of the advertising budget, ensuring execution of media plans and monitoring buys. They will also manage activities related to media planning and may be asked to develop POVs/position papers on key client or industry issues. She or he must be able to maintain effective communication within and outside of the agency to ensure accuracy and timeliness and that all campaign needs are met. This individual should have working knowledge and experience with media-related research, planning and buying tools.
Required Skills


  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (a must)

  • Paid search experience; Google AdWords certification is preferred but not required

  • Familiarity with ad serving and digital media reporting

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to maintain good relationships with outside vendors and clients as well as within the agency

  • Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail

  • A passion for and interest in digital and emerging media

  • Ability to learn new skills and tools quickly

Required Experience

  • 2-4 years of media experience in an agency environment

  • Digital media strategy and planning

  • Digital media buying

  • Digital media reporting/analysis

  • Experience with media tools such as Nielsen, comScore, MRI, SQAD, SRDS, DoubleClick, AdWords, and more

  • Experience with planning tools and buying platforms

  • Experience with planning or executing paid search campaigns
