Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit and hire a technically superior and diverse workforce by identifying quality candidates, communicating the advantages of Agency employment, interviewing applicants, establishing salary, making conditional offers, obtaining offer acceptances, building relationships with college placement directors and Department Deans and Professors, representing NSA at career and college fairs, and partnering with NSA organizations to determine requirements and applicant qualifications.

- Represent the Agency at activities, social events, meetings, conferences, or recruitment events to enhance the organization's professional image and public relations - Carry out the policies and procedures associated with Agency recruiting and staffing programs - Participate in the recruiting, staffing, and hiring process - Attention to detail - Highly organized (organizational skills) - Time management skills The ideal candidate is someone with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills who is/has: - motivated - a self-starter - innovative - forward-leaning - strong oral and written communication skills - able to handle multiple assignments
PAY BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE
Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary Range: $50,643 - $116,788 (Entry, Full Performance) Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with basic 8 hour/day work requirements between 0600 to 1800 hrs (flexible).
