Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES Recruit and hire a technically superior and diverse workforce by identifying quality candidates, communicating the advantages of Agency employment, interviewing applicants, establishing salary, making conditional offers, obtaining offer acceptances, building relationships with college placement directors and Department Deans and Professors, representing NSA at career and college fairs, and partnering with NSA organizations to determine requirements and applicant qualifications. Salary Range: $50,643 - $116,788 (Entry, Full Performance)
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with basic 8 hour/day work requirements between 0600 to 1800 hrs (flexible).
