Corporate - AdministrationUS Customer Service is seeking a skilled, highly engaged, self-motivated Executive Assistant who will support the Vice President & Head of US Acquisitions who leads teams that customer-obsessed experiences across our new business journey. Support may also be required for the leaders reporting to the Head of US Acquisitions as well as other US Service Operations leaders.
The candidate will look at things with a broad perspective, anticipate needs before being asked and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, taking initiative, delivering quality work and being accurate. Must possess excellent follow-up and follow-through skills to interact and coordinate with those who support executive leaders across Prudential’s business functions and external partners. The successful candidate must be tech-savvy, requires strong attention to detail, time-management skills, a collaborative mindset, and can deal with confidential information in a sensitive and appropriate manner. In addition, a professional and calm demeanor when multi-tasking is imperative.
The position is virtual/remote and is a full-time employment position.
