The Surgical Services Line at this exemplary facility is responsible for over 10,000 surgical cases annually. Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services, this RN Manager of Surgical Services works collaboratively with other members of the Surgical Services Management Team, Nursing Administration, Anesthesia Providers, Surgeons, and Hospital Administration. The Manager of Surgical Services is responsible for establishing the systems and structures supporting the delivery of quality patient care and increases in employee, patient, and physician satisfaction. This Manager of Surgical Services will serve as a mentor and leader to their 65 direct reports, all of whom strive to uphold the impeccable standard expected by this facility.

The RN Manager of Surgical Services will bring with them:

• Current RN License in the state of Ohio.


• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing.


• Master’s Degree (preferred). 


• A minimum of 3 years of progressive Nurse Leadership experience (preferred)
