This small 19+ bed critical access hospital located in Southern Arkansas offers a range of medical services to its tight-knit small town community, including: a 24/7 emergency department, inpatient and outpatient surgical services, gastroenterology, laboratory services, medical imaging and radiology, an inpatient nursing unit, pediatric care, and outpatient services. This hospital is also a non-profit facility and offers a range of community outreach programs.

The RN Manager Emergency Department will be responsible for oversight of all emergency room beds and patients, including their assessment, diagnosis, and plan of care for discharge, transfer, or inpatient stay. The ED Nurse Manager will be responsible for appropriate emergency room staffing, accommodating for shifts in patient flow and acuity. Under direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Nurse Manager of the ER will provide strong hands-on leadership to effectively manage the ED staff and collaborate with other hospital leadership to provide safe, high quality patient care. The RN Manager Emergency Department must obtain 3+ years of nursing management experience, with related clinical ER experience in a hospital setting.
