The Laboratory Supervisor will report to the Director of Laboratory Services. The Supervisor of Laboratory Services will be responsible for all issues related to the operations of the hospital’s laboratory.  This hospital is looking for a Lab Supervisor that can be responsible for scheduling, work assignments, supervision of daily lab operations and personal maintenance of critical laboratory records. The Laboratory Supervisor, who works in close relation to the Laboratory Director, will ensure that the lab remains efficient, services-oriented and cost effective. On top of that, the Lab Supervisor will be responsible for the accreditation and compliance requirements for all hospital lab operations, adequate staffing levels in the lab, and will manage supplies and materials for lab operations.
