Some of the clinical services offered at the outpatient Cancer Center that the Assistant Nursing Director of Oncology Services RN will oversee include advanced diagnostic imaging, medical oncology, hematology services, radiation oncology, gynecologic oncology, surgical oncology, genetic testing, onsite lab services, onsite pharmacy services, and patient-family support and survivorship programs. 

The Assistant Nursing Director of Oncology Services RN be accountable for integrating service excellence initiatives, ensure quality services are provided in a cost effective manner, lead a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical individuals, and monitor quality performance improvement initiatives. The Assistant Nursing Director of Oncology Services RN will cross collaborate with physicians, leaders, and staff from the cancer center, the flagship parent hospital, and the affiliated cancer hospital in order to grow the program and streamline best practices. 

The Assistant Nursing Director of Oncology Services RN will hold an RN license, ONS and OCN certification, have an outpatient and inpatient oncology background, with previous leadership experience.
