The Clinical Coding Manager organizes and supervises operations, accuracy, completeness and consistency of hospital ICD-10/CPT code assignment and payer DRG audits.. Responsible for management functions of out patient and inpatient Coders and Clinical Documentation Auditors to include selection and hiring, performance evaluations, and performance management. Will provide backup coding and chart reviews as needed. Responsibilities include hiring, orientation, training, performance evaluations and corrective action.
