An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced LCSW Certified Behavioral Health Therapist to join their dynamic healthcare team.

This state-of-the-art Critical Access hospital offers a wide range of clinical services including medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetrics, pediatrics, and mental health services. This facility opened its doors just over 100 years ago and has since proved a timeless commitment to improving the health and well-being of the surrounding communities. The LCSW Certified Behavioral Health Therapist will work within a Non-Profit Critical Access hospital that is regionally known for providing accessible and the highest of quality patient-centered care.

Working within an interdisciplinary team, the Behavioral Health Therapist will provide a full range of mental health services to patients in a variety of settings. The Behavioral Health Therapist will ensure high quality of therapeutic and behavioral health interventions to patients, including assessment, mental health care planning, treatment, and ongoing evaluation. The Behavioral Health Therapist will provide assessment and treatment for patients in the Primary Care Outpatient and Therapy setting as well as provide inpatient consultations.

Requirements Include:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent


• LCSW certification/licensure in the state of New Hampshire


• 1-2 years of prior practice experience in a medical setting
