In this role, you will develop global enterprise architecture for the Diabetes Operating Unit. Partner with technical Product Managers and technical subject matter experts.

Our preference is to have someone based at the Northridge, CA site

A Day in the Life
• Defines, describes, diagrams and documents the role and interaction of the high-level technological and human components that combine to provide cost effective and innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs
• Promotes, guides and governs good architectural practice through the application of well-defined, proven technology and human interaction patterns and through architecture mentorship
• Supports the full lifecycle management of the entire IT portfolio including the selection, appropriate usage, enhancement and replacement of information technology applications, infrastructure and services

Must Haves
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architecht or Technology Leader OR advanced degree and 5+ years of experience

Nice to Have
• Prior experience in Global business/ technology transformation projects, and experience in healthcare industry
• Proven experience in understanding as-is business process, identifying process gaps, and advocating for re-engineering process
• Knowledge of Cloud Services with AWS/ Azure, and different deployment models with IaaS, PaaS on Compute, Storage, Network & Security Architecture
• Experience working in an Enterprise environment coordinating with internal IT teams, product & service vendors and business stakeholders to deliver on the assignments
• Previous Medtronic experience
• Background or experience in Salesforce eco-system (Sales, Service, Commerce, Health, Experience cloud environment) and atleast 1 ERP (SAP, Oracle etc.)
• Background or experience working with Integration suite (MuleSoft, WebMethods, SAP PO, Gateway etc.), Data Architecture (Master data Management, data modelling, data migrations, analytics & reporting) on SOA, Micro-services, Event driven Architecture
• Someone who could contribute towards Organizational maturity on DevOps, Automation, adaptation of Cloud/ AI as part of the Transformation journey
