Infosys is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Consultant You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to the proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
This position may require 20% travel to project location.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
12+ years of IT experience
Consulting experience - Current state assessment, solution design, develop roadmap definition and leading the implementation
Experience in Architecture design involving Application, Database, Infrastructure, Network and Microservices
Experience in designing Site Reliability/Resiliency Engineering Programs covering Observability, Scalability Planning, Testing and Release Planning, Incident Management and Postmortems, automation etc.
Experience in Failure Mode Analysis
Defining and implementing SLOs, Error budget and SLIs in complex environments
Experience in System Performance analysis, bottleneck identification, solution design and lead implementation
Experience in ITSM process following ITIL framework (Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Change Management etc.)
Familiarity with Architecture and Design Patterns
Java Full stack developer experience or experience in two or more of the Programming languages, GOLANG, C, C++, ReactJs, AngularJs, Mainframe technologies etc.
Development experience in couple of database technologies like Cassandra, postgresql, MySQL, Mongo DB (Strong in one of the them and exposure to others)
Scripting languages like BASH, Python etc.
Strong in containerization, orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes in cloud environment
Development experience in one or more of the Cloud native environment - AWS, Auzre, GCP etc.
DevSecOps Consulting experience - Current state assessment, solution design, develop roadmap and leading implementation
Working Experience in one or more tools/technologies in each category:
One or more of the DevOps orchestration engines - Git CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git Actions
Infrastructure as Code: Experience in any two of the tools- Terraform, Salt, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, Google Cloud Deployment Manager
Version Control system: Experience in any two of the tools- Git/GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab
Configuring applications for DevOps enabling tools- SonarQube, Checkmarx jFrog, Nexus, NetSparker, MAVEN, Gradle, ANT, NANT etc.
Experience in configuring test automation UI and API testing tools as part of DevOps pipeline
Logging tools: Experience in configuring any tow of the industry tools - Splunk, Datadog, LogStash, ELK etc.
Configuring one or more of the applications for monitoring and alerting - NewRelic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheuse etc.
Containerization Technologies: two or more of- Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, Helm, Rancher etc.
Security scan tool and practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in implementing DevOps for ERP technologies - SAP, Salesforce, OracleApps etc.
Experience in one or more of the ALM tools - JIRA, HP ALM, Rally etc.
