JOB SUMMARY:


Securitas is charged with creating new connected solutions that solidify the company as the industry leader in protective services. The Solutions Product Manager will be a key role whose responsibilities include; facilitating needs analysis through collaboration with clients and field team members, provide ongoing results impact analysis and be an integral part of the new solutions roll-out process to the greater field teams. Through liaison with the Innovations, Sales Support and Technology services teams, the Product Manager has first-hand knowledge about the capabilities of products and services to bring to region sales and operations staff as well as the larger market.

1. Works under the direction of the Director to build related goals with continued analysis of preestablished metrics (customer retention, ROI...)

2. Drive revenue growth in standard Integrated Guarding Solutions sales

3. Constantly builds product knowledge and delivers this knowledge in engaging ways.

4. Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders.

5. Develop support materials for presentations and product placement at tradeshows.

6. Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.

7. Devise and maintain pricing strategy to align with markets, product delivery, and company goals

8. Utilize customer feedback along with internal users to further develop solution offerings and updates to existing Clients to compete in evolving competitive landscape

9. Actively engages with regional staff to collect data and elicit feedback on the needs of the field

10. Collaborate on go-to-market plans, launch plans, internal training and educational material, sales collateral and competitive plan for new products and services as they are introduced.

11. Ability to work with various corporate and field personnel to influence appropriate, customized solutions for various market initiatives

12. Ability to advance the business with creative, independent thought and initiative

13. Absolute aversion to ordinary contributions, results or pace

14. Assist with or complete other tasks assigned.



Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing or a related field, and one to three years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.



Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):

• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, Access)

• Experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle/SalesForce preferred
