As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will facilitate daily recruiting functions like supporting the interview process and screening resumes, as well as performing tasks focusing on growing our company's talent pipeline and improving our talent pool. In this role you are expected to have excellent time management skills and administration with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.



How you will make contributions that matter...



  • Recommend candidates for open positions and coordinate interviews

  • Organize and participate in hiring events

  • Create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads and promoting openings via social channels

  • Evaluate applications and review resumes to identify top candidates.

  • Positively promote and represent Saputo

  • Support and track recruiting KPI's and metrics

  • Represent the Talent Acquisition team at recruiting events

  • Provide overall administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition Manager, including scheduling, drafting communications, calendaring, and preparing materials.

  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

  • Are pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.

  • Are comfortable engaging with community partners, recruitment marketing partners, and others to promote Saputo as an employer of choice.

  • Have the ability to communicate in a professional manner.

  • Are self-motivated, possess good organizational skills, are detail-oriented, prioritize accuracy, can multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Have the ability to be flexible and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Have the ability to work scheduled hours and required overtime as needed.

  • Display traits of reliability, honesty, respect, attention to detail, and punctuality.

  • Can work independently, and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and positively represents and promotes Saputo at all times.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
