Line Cook Requirements



  • High School education or equivalent preferred

  • Prior kitchen experience is encouraged but not required

  • Ability to utilize kitchen equipment such as ovens, knives, pots and pans



 


Market Associate Requirements



  • Experience working in a restaurant, retail or warehouse environment preferred

  • Basic ability to use a computer, smartphone and tablet

  • Go-getter mentality and the drive to work with your team to meet service level demands on each shift

  • Positive attitude, helpful and respectful

  • Ability to utilize tools such as ladders, box knives, etc



 


Prep Cook



  • Prior kitchen experience is encouraged but not required

  • Basic knowledge of, or willingness to learn, food handling, preparation and cooking

  • Basic knowledge of, or willingness to learn, health, sanitation and safety regulations and guidelines

  • Ability to utilize kitchen equipment such as ovens, knives, pots and pans



 


Lead Cook



  • 3+ years kitchen experience required, or an Associate degree in Culinary Arts

  • Knowledge of food handling, preparation and cooking

  • Knowledge of health, sanitation and safety regulations and guidelines

  • Ability to utilize kitchen equipment such as ovens, knives, pots and pans



 


Market Lead



  • Experience working in a restaurant, retail or warehouse environment preferred

  • ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire (company sponsored)

  • Basic ability to use a computer, smartphone and tablet

  • Ability to facility utilize tools such as ladders, box knives etc.



 


Head Chef/Kitchen Manager



  • 3-5 years experience preferred in high-volume kitchens

  • Culinary degree preferred

  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire

  • Expert in kitchen sanitation and safety regulations in compliance with applicable health codes

  • Excellent organizational skills, maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to utilize kitchen equipment such as ovens, knives, pots and pans

  • Basic computer skills and experience with Google Suite



 


Market Manager



  • 4+ years of retail, café, or restaurant managing, training, and leadership experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree a plus

  • Experience in purchasing and managing inventory

  • Experience in packaging, labeling, and managing heat to eat items is preferred

  • Strong skills with conflict resolution

  • Strong skills with team development and engagement

  • Ability to lead in an ever-changing environment

  • ServeSafe certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of start date

  • Passion, knowledge and excitement for high-quality and trending goods, especially in food and beverage
