QA & Testing Lead Analyst at Cigna

Job Description:


  • Guide the team in all Automation Testing related activities and provide solution for all the technical challenges faced by the team

  • Consult, contribute and decide on any Automation Framework related needs

  • Lead the team in feasibility analysis, planning and Proof of concept on new Framework/Projects

  • Coordinating with offshore to plan and get the deliverables completed

  • Explore, collaborate and achieve required integration of Automation Framework with Test Management Tool, Reporting tool, CICD and etc.

  • Prioritize workload based on business needs and deliver the artifacts as proposed


Preferred Qualifications

  • Several years of test automation experience

  • Experience leading Automation Testing Team

  • Experience in testing web application and web services developed using latest technologies and frameworks: .NET, C#, JAVA, Rest, XML, JSON, JQuery, etc.

  • Proficient in using test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver/IDE/Grid to develop automation testing scripts for web and client server applications.

  • Solid understanding of Quality Assurance methods and practices

  • Deep understanding of manual and automated testing concepts

  • Experience with Continuous Integration systems (e.g., Azure, Jenkins, Travis, GitLab)

  • Strong SQL knowledge

  • Framework creation

  • Agile testing methodologies

  • Strong communication skills

  • Solid understanding of STLC (Software Test Life Cycle)

  • Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

  • Willingness to learn and work in Security Testing

  • Healthcare background is a plus

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 82,200 - 137,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
