All Managers in Cyber Assurance are expected to have a basic understanding of enterprise information technology in a business environment (Examples: server environment, mainframes, virtualization (including risks associated with virtualization), common operating systems, and applications. A Manager's primary function is to execute and review testing procedures and perform walk-throughs while making strong connections between guidance and a client’s specific environment and industry.  


Managers have the technical knowledge and experience to work independently and lead one or more Associates, Senior Associates, and/or Supervisors in delivering the growth mindset experience to our Cyber clients. Managers must have strong project management and communication skills.


Responsibilities:



  • Design IT risk and audit plans, tailored to client industry and environment

  • Perform testing procedures and perform walk-throughs

  • Review testing and documentation for Senior Associates and Associates

  • Prepare reports and other client deliverables

  • Maintain knowledge of evolving industry standards


Position Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or closely related technical degree program.  

  • 5-7+ years’ experience working as an IT auditor or risk and assurance senior for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry

  • Demonstrated experience with internal controls, risk assessments, business process and internal IT control testing and documentation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to communicate technical details to both a technical and non-technical audience

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Ability to independently perform walk-throughs with clients; and communicate current project status to project manager including issues and next day plan
