We are looking for a Technical Services Supervisor who will bring innovation and creativity to our team. Responsibilities:

Coaches non-exempt, technically skilled employees on achieving daily performance requirements.

Administers policy and procedures within guidelines. Coaches workgroup to adapt to new ways of performing work to include understanding of the contract, legal ramifications of our policies, government regulations, safety standards, and consistently adhering to and administering policy and procedures.

Supervise the Production Equipment involved in work flow. Utilize multi-warehouse systems to predict and direct workflow using Sagex and MP2. Follow computer control commands to redirect workflow within warehouse systems. Understand how all parts are impacted by decisions to redirect workflow.

Facilitates the setting of objectives and strategies along with daily tactical planning and workforce requirements.

Develops performance measures for work groups and clarifies inputs and outputs that will be monitored for continuous improvements.

Schedules work for the daily activities of the work groups to maximize available resources.

Maintains various records for each employee for the tracking of Attendance Hours available, Vacations hours, Order Audits, Perfect Attendance credits earned, Overtime, IPR's as well as various others.

Establish and implements / manages preventive maintenance schedule / program.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's in Industrial or Engineering and 2 years supervisory experience or 10 years of maintenance experience and 5 years of supervisory experience.

Working knowledge of industrial controls and PLC control systems

Proven ability to establish and implement a preventive maintenance schedule with high energy.

PC skills, including MS Outlook, and other products of the MS Office applications, including Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Access 97 (or higher version).

Flexibility to work various shift, 40 + hours per week and weekends.

Communication skills and team development skills.

Interpersonal and organizational skills

Demonstrates effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with ability to provide effective feedback.

Ability to resolve conflicts with the goal of creating a win-win situation.

Ability to foster the learning and development of employees along with leading the department toward its overall objective or goal.

Develop a positive working environment promoting open and honest communications and trust among department members.

Proven problem solving skills

Ability to execute tactically in support of strategic goals.

Work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

Acceptable vision to perform job functions

Must be able to lift and move 60 lbs

Mobility necessary to work all levels of building

Ability to stand 80%-100% of day if required by job function

Maintain control of moving equipment at all times

Ability to work at different levels of heights

Must be able to work in areas of varying temperatures
