College Fresh is currently accepting applications for a part time intern who will be primarily responsible for providing technological assistance and support, including answering software and hardware questions.

Essential Functions:

Provide desktop support/in-office consultation concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including set-up, user provisioning, and cloud software management in a Windows environment.

Communicate and coordinate with home office and field team members to ensure hardware records are updated in a timely manner.

Responsible for company technical account maintenance (Office, Outlook, Menu-Sharing, Dropbox etc.).

Other Functions:

May be required to assist with technical documentation preparation for department and organization training and development.

All other duties as assigned and agreed upon by Director, Information Technology.
