WeldFit is looking for some motivated, reliable CNC Machinist for 2nd Shift (4pm - 1 am) who will be responsible for operating the CNC Mills and Lathes in the shop by performing the duties and responsibilities below,

• Machine parts to specifications using machines such as: Horizontal Boring Mills and Vertical Turning Lathes


• Able to understand and edit G code and M code programs


• Understand speeds and feeds for machining and proper set ups


• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as calipers and micrometers


• Set up, adjust and operate all machines


• Check work pieces to ensure alignment and materials onto machines


• Clean lubricate machines as needed


• Monitor the feed and speed of the manual and CNC machines


• Work and think safety at all times

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Prior machine shop experience required


• Must have at least 2-3 years of CNC machining
