Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Business Analyst on our Process Improvement team. You will work as a liaison with business users to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. You will work closely with business sponsors and various departments to accomplish goals of the business. If you like working with data, and collaborating with people, this could be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Work with business personnel/end-users to improve systems by studying current practices, processes, and applications


• Gather user requirements and convert them to workable solutions


• Program/Develop applications to handle functionality requests from users.


• Implement systems into business environment; scope, plan, schedule, and document projects and assist with project documentation and training.


• For daily operations of existing business systems, you will respond to user issues and requests for enhancements, assist with testing of Service Packs and New Releases and keep systems available by resolving issues in a timely manner.


• Define/create new reports, and modify existing reports


• Flexibility and willingness to accept other projects and responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field


• Experience in a leadership role and managing technical projects with cross functional teams to identify business requirements to translate into project plans
