Job Responsibilities:


You will provide support with daily activities in the following areas:  



  • Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a professional manner

  • Answering a large volume of inbound calls. Identifying the type of call, type of problem, and then scheduling the service appointment

  • Promoting all products, services, and quote accurate pricing when appropriate

  • Gathering information from the customer to ensure accurate billing

  • Entering detailed information in the service ticket that allows the dispatcher to send a qualified technician to the job site

  • Assisting with various administrative projects

  • Maintaining and promoting a positive attitude toward customers regardless of the circumstances

  • Other duties may be assigned


Job Requirements:



  • One or more years of customer service experience. Billing experience a plus!

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

  • Successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer relation skills

  • You must be comfortable working on the phone the majority of the day and handling a large volume of inbound calls
