Parts Manager at Quirk Auto Dealerships

Job Description:

Quirk is happy to announce that we have an opportunity in our busy parts department at the best dealership group! We currently have an opportunity for an inspired and motivated individual who has the desire and passion to succeed.

Job Duties:


  • Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.

  • Work with the Service Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.

  • Direct and schedule the activities of all parts department employees.

  • Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.

  • Strive for harmony and teamwork with all other departments.

Job Requirements:


  • Possess good organizational and people skills

  • ability to multi-task

  • Import car experience a plus

  • Previous manager or supervisor experience preferred

  • Basic Computer Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
