JOB SUMMARY
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims asserted against the Company’s Primary General Liability policies. Oversee and manage third-party administrators (TPA’s) under contract with the Company to administer the Company’s claims. Engage in collaborative projects in support of other areas of the company, including underwriting, finance and accounting, actuarial, operations, and technology. Provide superior service to all customers, whether internal or external. |
