Position Title: Program Manager- Contract Development (M2)

Role 


Work closely with peers cross-functionally to ensure we are identifying best practices, driving consistency in delivery, and coordinating communication to impacted stakeholders. Apply core principles of project management to plan for and align Customer goals with that of Crown Castles. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes to enhance customer experience and meet deliverable expectations. Assist in setting up internal reporting. Liaison to IT to facilitate enhancements that support Contract Development.


 


Responsibilities 



  • Provide ongoing resource and workload planning and continuous evaluation of staffing model.

  • Evaluate internal and external deployment meeting formats to streamline and prioritize information being reviewed to enhance customer experience and add value.

  • Monitor and facilitate the improvement of area project management techniques, such as forecasting, deployment reporting, and Project Management Tool usage and efficiency.

  • Serve as IT liaison support for all system enhancements and facilitate tracking and prioritization of system enhancement requirements.

  • Chair forums with multiple functional groups to solve challenges.

  • Partner with multiple lines of business to develop best practices and ensure consistent implementation of process changes.

  • Serve in program management role for major carrier projects, including assistance in developing national customer reporting and guidance to business partners to improve the customer experience.

  • Perform direct project management of applications and special projects as necessary.

Education/Certifications   



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience in a related field

  • PMP Certification a preferred

  • Master’s Degree a plus


 


Experience/Minimum Requirements   



  • Seven (7) years of wireless or other business experience, including significant project management, quality control and/or construction management

  • Five (5) years of proven leadership skills and/or management/supervisory experience preferred

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week).  There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require up to 25% travel.
