Come join the WMC Strategy team as a Business Development Senior Manager if you want to identify, evaluate, and accelerate new revenue opportunities through partnerships.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Build strategy and framework for scaling portfolio of key strategic partnerships that enable and accelerate new revenue for WMC

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend partners that support WMC's long term strategy

  • Develop data-driven business case, including size of prize, to support and champion recommended partnerships

  • Create executive presentations for senior leadership alignment and approval

  • Structure and execute partnerships from contract to launch

  • Work closely with product to include any partnerships build or proof of concept testing in product roadmap

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, including with sales, product, and marketing to drive adoption

  • Build and cultivate relationships with potential partners in key areas or capabilities

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, masters preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in structuring and executing new partnerships

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, large-scale retail/e-commerce, or consulting/investment banking

  • Understanding of adtech and experience with platform or data integrations

  • Proven track record of overcoming ambiguity and challenges to deliver success

  • Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models

  • Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business and technical partners

  • Intellectually curious, high energy, and strong work ethic
