Job Description:

This position is in our Columbia City location, with multiple shifts available. Let's talk about which shift may be the best fit for you. Pay starts at $20.85/hr with the ability to make up to $24.53/hr within the 1st year, and includes an additional $1.50/hr for those working shifts other than days.

First, it is a great opportunity for those with greater than 2 years manufacturing experience to join our team and make a difference in the lives of others.

Second, this position may involve various types of responsibilities including operating, inspecting, and recording production data. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting rejected wire by using your knowledge of wiredrawing and problem-solving skills to come up with solutions. You will be tasked with maintaining quality of our products to ensure products meet our standards and those of our customers.

 

You will need to lift up to 80 pounds.
