Job Description:


Pay Grade/Pay Range: 55 Hourly (non-exempt) - Minimum - $ 12.88 Midpoint - $ 18.81



Department/Organization: 208185 - Brewer Porch Children's Center



Normal Work Schedule: Part-time schedules are every Saturday and Sunday with various 12 hour shifts of 7:00am - 7:00pm, 9:00am - 9:00pm, and 7:00pm - 7:00am.



Job Summary: The Behavioral Care Worker is responsible for the care, safety, and supervision of youth.



Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of therapeutic, rehabilitative or behavior management experience; OR Associate's degree or higher.



Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to perform crisis intervention techniques.


Final candidates who are not current Brewer-Porch Children's Center employees must submit to and successfully pass a post-offer drug screen.
